1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of marrakechvibrants.com and any booking you make through us. By sending a booking request you accept them. Marrakech Vibrants is a Marrakech-based travel agency; we design and arrange excursions, activities, transfers and concierge services in and around Marrakech.

2. Our role

We organise your booking end to end: we plan the service, agree the price, confirm availability, coordinate pickups and remain your single point of contact before, during and after your experience.

Services are delivered by our own team and by licensed suppliers we contract and supervise, with the required licences, insurance and roadworthy vehicles under Moroccan law.

3. Bookings and confirmation

A booking request is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us by email or WhatsApp. We confirm availability with the operator first, especially for fixed-capacity services such as hot air balloon flights, group departures and multi-day desert tours.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us: date, number of adults and children, pickup hotel or address, phone number and any medical or dietary constraint that affects the activity.

• Minimum notice varies by service and is shown on each listing.
• Some activities have minimum and maximum participant numbers; if a group departure does not reach its minimum we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
• Child prices, age limits and safety restrictions are shown on each listing and apply as written.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown per person or per vehicle as stated on each listing, and displayed in Moroccan dirham (MAD) with optional conversion for convenience. Converted amounts are indicative; the amount charged is the MAD amount.

Unless stated otherwise, payment is made in cash on arrival or on the day of the service, or by the payment method confirmed in writing. Where a deposit is required to secure capacity it is stated at the time of booking. Prices include the services listed under "What's included" and exclude everything listed under "Not included".

5. Changes and cancellations

Each listing states its own cancellation policy, and that policy prevails. Where no specific policy is shown, the default applies: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time for standard excursions and activities; 48 hours for multi-day tours, private vehicles and hot air balloon flights.

We may change or cancel a service for reasons of safety, weather, road closures or force majeure. In that case we will offer a reasonable alternative date or service, or refund the amount paid for the cancelled part. Hot air balloon flights in particular are weather dependent and are regularly rescheduled by the operator.

No-shows and late arrivals that make the service impossible to deliver are not refundable.

6. Your responsibilities

• Be at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time, contactable on the number you gave us.
• Carry valid identification and, where relevant, a licence for quad, buggy or driving activities.
• Follow the operator's safety instructions; operators may refuse participation on safety grounds.
• Tell us in advance about pregnancy, reduced mobility, allergies or medical conditions affecting the activity.
• Have your own travel and medical insurance. We do not provide travel insurance.

7. Hospitality partners and commission

Riads, villas and guest houses can join our referral programme at no setup cost. Each property receives its own QR code and link; bookings made by their guests are attributed to them for 30 days from the scan.

Commission is calculated on confirmed and completed bookings only. Cancelled, refunded or no-show bookings earn no commission. The applicable rate is shown in the partner dashboard and in the partner agreement. Partners can see guest names, the services booked and their own earnings; they cannot see our internal costs or margins.

8. Our service standards

Every service we sell is checked by our team: licences, permits, insurance and roadworthy vehicles as required by Moroccan law, accurate descriptions, and the prices and inclusions published on this site. Any supplier working with us that fails these standards, or receives repeated substantiated complaints, is removed from our operations.

9. Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to a booking. Text, photography and layout on this site remain the property of Marrakech Vibrants or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

10. Liability

We are liable for the booking coordination services we provide directly. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, missed flights or connections caused by traffic or third-party delays, personal belongings lost during an activity, or the acts and omissions of an independent operator beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Complaints

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
